Sales Administrative Assistant

This person will assist sales and customer service in maintaining specified customer databases, creating return sheets, supplying periodic reports to specified customer, answering questions from customers on order status, and monitoring testing and inventory levels.

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Update and maintain Access databases
• Create return sheets for specified customer orders
• Collate data for monthly usage reports
• Track high profile orders
• Monitor glove testing and inventory levels
• Track specified customer change out schedules and provide billing information needed for invoicing
• Various other communications with specified customers

Qualifications
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
• Read and write English
• Ability to learn our internal computer system (training will be provided)
• Ability to react and respond quickly to customers over the phone

Position reports to Vice President of Sales.

CHICAGO MARKET FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Maintain and expand sales of industrial safety products to accounts and prospects in established, defined territory within the Chicago metropolitan area. 

The product range is approximately 60% industrial hand protection (gloves) and 40% general personal protective equipment such as respirators, hearing protection, safety eyewear, protective clothing and footwear, etc. The prime target market is industrial end users.

Requirements include a record of sales success in industrial product sales and sales management, excellent oral and written communication skills, well-organized, self-motivated, and computer proficient.  Experience selling industrial safety products would be a definite PLUS!

Compensation package is performance-based with a base salary, uncapped incentive plan, and bonus program. We provide the tools and training to support your success. Additional benefits include major medical and dental insurance, and 401K and profit sharing plans.
