All orders F.O.B. our warehouses, or our suppliers’ warehouses. Freight charges will be prepaid and added to your invoice. Freight charges will not exceed 8% of total merchandise cost. Orders less than $50 may be subject to a small order handling fee.
We will add sales tax as required by law in states where we are authorized and required to collect. If you are exempt from sales tax, please provide a copy of your resale or exemption certificate.

All returns must be accompanied by a returned merchandise authorization (RMA). To receive an RMA, please contact Customer Service. Merchandise ordered in error must be returned within 30 days of receipt at customer’s expense and may be subject to a restocking charge. Merchandise shipped in error may be returned within 10 days for full credit. Defective merchandise will be replaced. Special stock order and non-stock items are subject to the manufacturer’s return policies and may not be canceled or returnable. Custom orders are not returnable at any time.
