Product Description

Lockout devices control energy sources and ensure machine and equipment remain inoperable to prevent unexpected start-up or release of stored energy in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements
Fits most 110 VAC plugs up to 1 1/4" x 1 1/4" x 2" with cord up to 1/2" diameter
Thick-wall, tamper-resistant, hinge-style design completely encloses the plug and lines up lockhole tabs
To lock out, secure with padlock and lockout tag (both sold separately) to render the plug unusable
Feature inside pry-guards uniquely designed to prevent plug access and tampering
