Product Description

Lockout devices control energy sources and ensure machine and equipment remain inoperable to prevent unexpected start-up or release of stored energy in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements
Fits most 110, 220, 550, or 600 VAC plugs
Thick-wall, tamper-resistant, hinge-style design completely encloses the plug and lines up lockhole tabs
To lock out, secure with padlock and lockout tag (both sold separately) to render the plug unusable
Feature inside pry-guards uniquely designed to prevent plug access and tampering
Write-on DANGER label on the outside provides additional warning and identifies the responsible person
Case is a red octagon shape that reinforces lockout status and conveys STOP
All-plastic construction is dielectric, RoHS compliant, and resists temperature variations
